I ate healthy food, took a long walk with the dog, accumulated almost 11,000 steps for the day,
had veggies and fruits for snacks, got in all my dairy and fiber and protein...I even managed to get over 100 Spark Points by the end of the day!
I'm also reading a book called "Full-Filled" about changing my relationship with food from the inside out. It is really addressing some of my emotional issues around over eating, my self esteem, etc. Part of it requires writing down things: where I am right now, what I want to move away from, what I want to move toward. It is a 6 week 'program' and I've only just completed the first week's exercises but so far it is very helpful in helping me change my thinking.
