Now that we have moved, it is now time to settle into a routine. Hubby and I will both be on a night shift soon and routine is everything.
I want to find a good routine that includes exercise and strength training. I know the first couple of weeks are going to be tough, but then it should be nice.
I am currently on a bike hunt. We are very bike friendly here, and it is such a great way to exercise. I am thinking of adding a bike trip to the coffee house as a good workout.
May look into some simple strength training equipment, plus I have some weights in a box somewhere...
