I know I haven't been exercising for the last week and that definitely put a downer on my motivation, but today I decided to take some measurements of inches I had lost over the last couple of weeks. This has decreased, only slightly but enough to get me motivated again! I'm definitely pleased with the shrinking waist size! So turns out my healthy eating was enough to keep this going temporarily...but starting from today I promise I will exercise again!
