Need to find that spark!

And here it is right at my fingertips, Still I slack off and dont do it whole heartedly GRRRRR What is wrong with me????
I am taking a different approach! I am doing my own challenge. 7 days... 7 days of tracking, 7 days of exercise, 7 days of saying something good about myself!
I am going to make my own chart to hang in the kitchen. A list of why I want to do this a pic of a healthier me, a pic of my grand babies (my motivators).
I am a strong woman, I know I can do it. I just need to start. Maybe 7 days at a time will seem easier???? Any thoughts? Tips? Ideas?

    How are you making out with your 7 day resolution, Tracye? It's so tough staying motivated, we all struggle with it. But good for you to keep trying. I like your chart idea. Don't beat yourself up,if you don't meet perfection. Keep in mind all the good things you do, rather than the focusing on the negative. I'm finding that the simpler I keep things (meals, exercise, etc), the better I can cope with the week and stay on track. Good luck to you. Paula
