Pushed Through the Pain and Blessed

Well, technically it's Sunday, because it is just after midnight, but this is actually Day 4 update.

I had a poor nights sleep and woke feeling like I had a bed cold. The thing is I knew it was just part of the healing process and not a cold at all. I had another massage yesterday and I knew my body was just dealing with the toxins that had been released.

I did not want to get up and do anything, let alone exercise, but I knew it would only help to do just that. I did my T-Tapp and felt so good afterwords that I did 1 mile speed walk, too. It felt so good to just do it and experience the wonderful results.

My therapist recommended a bath in apple cider vinegar to also help the process, which I did. Wonderful.

My 17 year old son wanted to go to movie with me and I loved that. We did a movie, some popcorn and then went out to supper. We had a wonderful time together.

I lost my fitbit tracker today.:-( I must not need it anymore. Less to manage now and I do prefer simplicity.

    Congratulations on just doing it...I am glad you had a good time with your son. I have never heard of an Apple Cider Vinegar bath....I think that might help relieve the congestion that I have due to a cold. emoticon
