I am only at the start of another weight loss journey. Already I feel a little less burdened, a little more optimistic, a little more hopeful. It's like working for a long time but being encouraged by the thought of a planned and very special holiday. The anticipation is what motivates me - the thought of feeling lighter, being healthier, having more energy, sitting in chairs more comfortably - all these things are working as anticipatory motivators.
