Day 68- Fitness
30 minutes = house cleaning
Spent most of the day clearing out my bedroom closet which is finished, Started cleaning and clearing spare room. I decided to count just a half hour because I did not keep track of my stop and start time.
I plan to do some dumb bell work prior to going to bed. Yesterday was primarily cardio. Will update later.
Day 40 - Salad, raw veggies & fruits
apple - 2 I did eat lots of cooked veggies: kale, carrots, broccoli and mushrooms. I just did not want salad.
