I stuck with crossfit, finishing 5 workouts this week. Today I rested, tomorrow I will run and get back at CF next week.

This is my rest day as well, the Sabbath Day! My routine is three aerobics classes, 30 minutes of strength training after class, two days of cadio and floor exercises, for one hour. We deserve this break!
To start all over again tomorrow!
