Sat. Wk3 Winter Challenge . learn to stretch.

I'm running out of polar bear pictures ...This little bear is just handing out loves. I will keep an eye open for one stretching.
This stretching is a new venture to me but one my DD has been encouraging me to do for some time ...she has training in massage therapy and keeps saying...Mom your fibro would be so much better if you would stretch every this week I learn and will get better!!! Health comes in body awareness as well as those scales going down.

    I agree with the stretching and I also have fibro. Stretching makes a difference. Just watch a cat stretch when they get up from a nap. I've enjoyed your bear blogs so much. Thanks for all you share.
