I still used too many calories but it was a tough day for me with having to meet too many new people (I hate having social anxiety) and learning too much math. I did much better than yesterday though, so that's a good thing!
I also did the 11-minute seated cardio workout, or at least most of it. I had to pause from time to time to let my body stop cringing in pain.
