Day Three

I still used too many calories but it was a tough day for me with having to meet too many new people (I hate having social anxiety) and learning too much math. I did much better than yesterday though, so that's a good thing!

I also did the 11-minute seated cardio workout, or at least most of it. I had to pause from time to time to let my body stop cringing in pain.

  Yep! I found an 11-minute seated aerobics video on here that I did. So that was nice. I'm not super coordinated so I couldn't do a lot of the blended steps but I got through the whole 11 minutes and my pulse was definitely elevated. I didn't mind following the video, it was a lot more interesting than using the glider.
