I'm in the middle of moving so I've been working really hard packing and moving boxes. I saw a recipe for a Mint Oreo Milkshake and thought, "Hm, I deserve a little treat for all the hard work." So I bought the ingredients, made the milkshake, drank it, and sent the extra ingredients home with my mother so I wouldn't be tempted to eat more cookies. So I did good, right?
Wrong. I just calculated that milkshake on the nutrition page: 1,000 calories. Yikes!
Now I know and I won't do that again anytime soon.
Being fair, though, the fitness tracker says I used up about 2,000 calories moving, so I should still be ahead for the day.
