My week has been pretty good. Very busy at work and home. I maintained all of my streaks: water, cardio, and calories. Early in the week I managed to run into some furniture and tore most of the toenail off one of my toes. That limited my cardio, but I still lost over ˝ a pound this week. As of tonight, I’m back in force on the treadmill for 70 minutes and my toe feels good so far.
