Recap of Weekly Goals

I highlighted what I ended up doing each day. Thursday was a flop, I was tied up and couldn't get to the gym for the Crunch Time class. By the time I realized what time it was, I was already late for the Yoga class. I was so tired, I ended up going to bed at 9pm!!

    Sometimes sleep is more important than a planned workout. You've been super busy this week so I'm glad you got that extra rest.

    That's ok! It happens sometimes. I know one day last week, I too, had planned on going to the gym, and then couldn't because on an unexpected appointment. I am sure you got back on track the next day! emoticon
