First of all - today was another weigh-in milestone on my journey. Scale read 200.0 - that puts me at 15 pounds lost since Christmas 2012.

Slow and steady wins the race. :) I'm glad that there was downward movement on the scale - I have to admit that this week has not been my best fitness wise. I did not get in as many workouts as I have been accustomed to doing, and only got 200 of my 300 minute goal. This upcoming week as our "March into Spring" Challenge with the 20 Somethings with 50-99 pounds to lose Sparkteam kicks off, I WILL get my 300 minutes!
Hope everyone is having a good weekend, even if we are losing an hour of sleep. I just have to remember - it's a sign that spring will be here for good soon!
