Well, since my last blog we closed on our house. Things got a little crazy with working two jobs, getting two dogs, and settling into our house. During that time, we found out that thyroid was off and I was hyper for a little bit (which explains some of the weight loss). Now I think I'm closer to my thyroid being back to normal and I reduced the hours at one of my jobs. I'm recommittig to SparkPeople and going back to Spark Coach. I'm focusing on my fast break goals and getting a little exercise in every day right now.
