Stretching Feels Soooo Good....

Hi....this week's 5% challenge is stretching for 10 minutes..and I'm so stiff and sore it really felt great...

Another busy day here on the ranch...

lots more calves again today and still cold and snowy...running out of space to put all these babies....we need to turn lots of pairs out from behind the barn down to the bottom corrals.

Today was weigh in day for the challenge and I was happy I stayed the same weight..with my stress eating day and yesterday's birthday party cake and last night's popcorn and beer...

Today I did a little bit of housework between going out and doing chores and checking the herd...I was using my new vacuum and thought it would do a nice job on the mat in the kitchen and the corner got sucked in and broke the belt :( boo hoo..good thing it came with a spare belt.

Today's meals were..cereal and milk for breakfast, the last of my soup for lunch, and an orange, steak, veggies and a salad for supper and some more lemon pudding.. finish this up and catch up on some sleep...I was up and out at 3:30 am helping hubby with cows calving....sooo sleepy...

    Ok, first 3:30 am is WAY to early to get up. I still consider that the middle of the night. No wonder your tired. You do need to get to get to sleep early for sure. Nite, Nite! emoticon
