I still haven't had any fries or chips (22 days I think). I missed Yoga last night but am back on track today.
It was a bit warmer today and we we had some runing around to do.
I did 9138 steps, 3.57 miles and burned 1347 calories....But I went up 2 pounds.
I have to work on getting the sweets under control. I read a few Spark articles on sugar detox and I just might have to try something like that.
I KNOW I like sweets,especially ice cream. I have to learn to control it and say NO.

My craving is salt - as in chips, crackers and nuts! I used to buy fat free popcorn by the boxes until I recognized that I was consuming them by the boxes.

I finally had to kick the habit by simply not buying it and bringing it home. It was not easy, but now I have a healthy relationship with it. Popcorn at movies (don't go that often) and if I must have it - a single pack or 3 pack at the most.

    Don't worry if you gain because it could be anything..water weight or muscle gain. You will lose this soon

    Don't panic sometimes it's water or you are adding muscle just keep doing the right thing and you will see results.

    Doing great on your no-chips... I found some chocolate mint patties, (like PEP) for diabetics in Drug stores. They taste the same, without real sugar. Just ask the Pharmacist if they have sweets for Diabetics. It might help. emoticon
