I still haven't had any fries or chips (22 days I think). I missed Yoga last night but am back on track today.
It was a bit warmer today and we we had some runing around to do.
I did 9138 steps, 3.57 miles and burned 1347 calories....But I went up 2 pounds.
I have to work on getting the sweets under control. I read a few Spark articles on sugar detox and I just might have to try something like that.
I KNOW I like sweets,especially ice cream. I have to learn to control it and say NO.
