When I read that the challenge was to stretch for 10 minutes, I kinda went ugh. Eventually today I went ahead and first tried to touch my toes. Hah. Eventually I was a little closer, so stretching did help. Then I remembered that one of the exercise videos was having you kneel on the floor then sit back on your legs, and I couldn't do it any more. So I tried that. Eventually I got where I almost could do it. Both of these things "I couldn't do" surprised me. I have gotten old haven't I!!!
I did a few extra stretches with my arms and back, but am actually looking forward to trying again tomorrow. And that was quite a surprise.
I AM GOING TO REACH THOSE TOES BY THE END OF THE WEEK.
