I feel wonderful

Saturday, March 09, 2013

I am having a pretty good day. I received my 2 DVDs for ordering The Spark Solution, and will be using it later. I also went for a 2.08 mile walk(with hills), burning 278 calories!! I have really bad ankles since I tore ligaments when I was a little girl so not only am I happy about being able to walk that far without a strain on myself but I walked that far and feel great. Working out is amazing. I joined not to long back and have loved everyday of being here. I have not yet lost any weight but my mood and confidence is increasing and I know my health is. emoticon I love SP and everything it has helped me do for myself and family and look forward to everything else it will help me achieve in the future. Thank you to everyone who takes the time to read my blogs and statuses and keep encouraging and supporting me through my journey. You are all wonderful. We can achieve anything and we will do it together! emoticon Also a side update- I have been meeting several of my small goals everyday!! :)
