I call these "feeder" days. They just happen - sometimes it's because you're working harder than you think and the calorie deficit is too much. Don't beat yourself up.
Consider creating a "go to" meal for days like this - something that really satisfies you, but is also full of nutrition. Then, when you get monstrously hungry, try the go-to meal. Often, the body pushes the hunger button when we need a nutrient (or several).
It might just be the week; for two days I've upped my calorie range and had pretty much what I wanted to have too. I think it's just the winter doldrums for me; got to get back into this again. You will too; just move on and call it over. Start again; just like me. Good luck.
We all have those days, just try to learn from it is all. And after eating all that maybe your stomach wants more because you fed it so much? I don't know but try to fill it with water!!
