Do I want this?
Do I want it more than I want the "easy" the convenient, the short lived comfort?

Yes, I do.... right?
- in May I am going to be a Grandma!
- in June I will celebrate 30 years of marrige
- in November I am going on a vacation south (to celebrate our anniversary).

... but those are events that will come and go. My want to has to go beyond that.... I am going to have to work on that, I don't doubt that I can work hard and lose weight, I can eat healthy and I can exercise ~ can I keep it off? Can I maintain a healthy lifestyle? I want to say YES and this wil be my journey... my journey to YES

baby steps, small goals, build to bigger goals, build choices into habits into a lifestyle
easy to say, harder to do, try to stay active and live active choices
that is my slant, you will build your own to suit you

    I find that using the nutrition data page is all I need to stay on the straight and narrow. I don't ever cheat...no, really, I don't...I don't care for any more food at night or anything special. I think I've had one muffin in a year...no ice cream, "ALMOST" no candy... putting everything down and looking at it is all I needed to do the right thing by my body.

Try it yet??
