Well, even though I blew it yesterday (big time), I still lost 7.2 lbs. It must be the decrease in sugar intake. It has been 4 days since I have had a soda pop. That is the only thing I can say has made such a big difference this week, or maybe it is a fluke. I guess we will see next Saturday.
