I've been struggling with exercise so I decided to start slow and walk. I found out I love walking at the mall. I didn't realize how much I walked and when I looked down at my pedometer I had already racked up 4860 steps. WOW! I think I found my new love. emoticon emoticon

    Walking is a great exercise! I love to walk and can't wait for it to get warm so I can walk outside.
