I think this has become my favorite day in our SWEAT rotation. I never really liked doing squats and lunges, until I had a trainer tell me how to do them properly. Now, load up the bar and let's go!
Today we did:
TRX pulsing squats
Kb lunges with #35
burpees with med ball slam #20 and #25
burpess with sandbell slam #40
back sprints in the band
So excited that this was the second time this week we were able to go outside....and do tire flips:) It was not too chilly this AM so I decided to walk to the gym. It was much nicer on the way home.
After class my nutty partner and I decided to do our usual stepper for 15, and then she introduced me to the ARC. Good lord. I thought my legs just might fall off. It was a lot easier on my knees than the stepper, but a killer workout. Then we stayed for Zumba:) A little extra cardio.
Also got the pups out because it is too nice to stay inside today!
