Streak into Spring - 20 Day Fitness Challenge

I just read an email about the 20 day fitness challenge. I haven't worked out in months and I really to start soon. I want to be strong for my one year old. I'm tired
of saying that I'm going to exercise and I don't or starting something and not finishing it. So I put my baby in the play pin and put on Dance Central on the Xbox. I danced for 20 mins long. It feels good to have done something active today. I hope I can continue to do this streak!

    I like the name of this challenge because it brings a smile to my face. emoticon Every time I think "streak into spring" I get a picture of someone in my mind tearing off a hat, scarf, coat, shirt, pants, and long wooly underwear all while running across a football field in his birthday suit! I remember those daring crazy streakers from days gone by and grin at how spring can affect someone who might make a mad dash across a baseball field on opening day all the while getting a head start on an organic natural tan! Spark on Streakers!!! emoticon

    Good for you I wish I could get motivated to do some form of fitness. I really need to get my body moving
