it's been a while since I wrote.Every night I'm so tired and either forget to get online or forget to write before I turn my computer off.I'm doing good still with both my food/exercise .It's hard for me and I'm starting to feel depressed.I thought the urge to binge gets easier with time but I'm ready to break and give in and need to fight it.Anyone else out there getting weak?I'm writing from work and wish I were in bed instead.I don't want to do anything.I need to work on my clutter too.I need some encouragement/ motivation to stay on track .Hope everyone's weekend is nice. emoticon
