Eat to Live

Anyone else read this? I haven't jumped on board with the whole program, but I'm definitely incorporating some of the concepts into my diet. I gave up the snacks. It was surprisingly easy. My meals are a little bit larger, and when I'm done, I'm done for 5-6 hours. I have mostly given up meat, but I cling to my dairy. I really love my greek yogurt every day, and goat cheese on my salads. I'm definitely moving in the direction of a plant based diet, and eating a lot more veggies. I do feel healthier eating this way; sharper, more energetic.

    I am embarrassed to say that I haven't even heard of it. I must look into it. I think it is smart that you figured out what parts work for you, and they are definitely healthy choices. You can't go wrong with that!

    Eat to live, as my dad'd say, or live to eat. A whole different attitude about food. I can't say I'm on one side all the way or the other, either.
