A New Year

2012 was a very rough year for me. But even though we are now into March, I am re-dedicating myself to a healthier me. I have lost a significant amount of weight this year and plan to keep at it. I have been working out 3-4 times a week to get back into the swing of things and starting April 1st it will be 6 days a week because I am dedicating myself to a program. I havent decided which one yet.
This is a short entry because I am just trying to get back into the habit of using my account.
