Today I will...
Walk the pup. Being outside, fresh air, listening to the birds, smelling the rainfall from the night before. Centering myself.
Eat bits...multiple mini meals of fruits, veggies, protein and dairy. Keep it fresh.
Stomach crunches...focus on my middle section. Multiple 25 count crunches today.
Meditate...get my chakras balanced.
