I love the idea of this challenge. This was so great!!! As I am thinking of what I want to do, what my goals are and the steps I want to take. The first thing I know I need to do is release the things that I control. By holding onto those things, I am stopping myself from losing weight. I am holding myself back. I have to give up on the things I am trying to keep together in order to let go and start finding success in my weight loss process.
