175.2 before 175.8 after 16 oz. water, 8 oz Gator Ade + Water, 16 oz Apple Juice
Clif Bar 1/2, 2 PB crackers

Over all run went well.
1 minute faster per mile than anticipated.
Legs and whole body tired during run, but not sore.
9 Stretches light before and 12 stretches after
65 degrees at start 69 degrees at the end
13.04 miles this week

Next week is an easy week with 8 only sets

    Great data! Thanks for sharing how you do it. I bought a Garmin recently, but still haven't figured out how to charge it and start using it. Honestly, I haven't tried hard enough, but I will. I would like this kind of data. Great workout! Great week!!

Hoping to do my first 10K later this year (maybe in the May / June time frame). Already have two 5Ks under my belt this year, 3rd one set for April 20.
