Woke this morning, took the dog out, dressed and headed to church for the women's breakfast...Not an all bad meal. Minus the keesh! Making some jalapeņo corn bread later to take, to church again, to a western pot luck and square dancing...going to get in some exercise, too! Feeling rather sluggish today: cranky, tired, laziness creeping and just plain old whiny...off now to take a nap. After setting just a couple of goals:

6-7 Freggies(not bad so far)
