In order to stay on track and improve my daily intake of different nutrition I now have a desire to try different recipe's to my interest and liking from Sparks. This week I made the 'SMART' Jalapeno Poppers and they were so good. There are 2 peppers per serving but I used several tasty and FRESH ingredients. In fact, I am going to make a batch today for my family to try.
Also, I am noticing that I enjoy making these healthy recipes because they require I use different flavors and textures to my food. THAT keeps it interesting.
Finally, my daily routine continues of creating and preparing each meal to make my daily nutritional requirements. Whew.
