Tracking Day 12

Ok, I've not totally gone off the deep end, but I am standing at the edge.
Lots of emotional stuff going on in my life right now but I'm hanging in there.
I bought some sweets but I'm keeping them in the trunk of my car so that I have to go out
there to get them and I have to stand outside and eat it. So, I didn't eat any of the chocolate last night. Yeah
I am writing my lapband hypnosis affirmations down on a card and taping it to my cpu:
*I eat very small portions every 3 hours
*I eat LOTS of protein
*I stay away from sweets
*I chew, chew, chew my food
*I sip lots of water all day
*I move my body all throughout the day
*I write in my gratitude journal.
On the BL Spring Challenge, my goal is to lose another 10 pounds, like I did in Winter
