Last day of my fast....feeling great!!!

OK so its been a really off week, we started the week out with a huge snowstorm, and didn't make it to the gym those days but I did jump on my trampoline a couple days this week, doing over an hour each time, 35 minutes with wrist and ankle weight on and then 35 with out them on. And I was definitely feeling it the next day that I had gotten a good work out.
Wednesday we went to a timber-wolves game and I got a smoothie and a taco salad at the game. The taco salad I could pick and choose what i wanted on it so it s pretty healthy but the smoothie was not so good, then after the game on our way home I was like shamrock time about every other year I get a shamrock shakes during st patty's time. Well bad day to get it, had way to many calories Wednesday about 2000.
So for Thursday - Saturday I decided to do a semi fast, low cal Thursday, even lower for Friday and today, so that also means minimal workout also, but have done walking and running errands.
Also girly time of the month hit beginning of this week which equates to 1 day of doing nothing.
Today i was soposed to go to the zoo with a friend and her two kids but its raining here now ...:( so i think we are gonna go run around a mall and visit Lego land and window shop soo it will still be lots and lots of walking....YEA!!!!
OK so I have been doing the 17 day diet but I have been really struggling on it with trying to eat protein at every meal so i don't think I am gonna continue after the 17 days are up. So I need to come up with a game plan be fore Monday comes. ( Sunday is last day of 17 DD) And I know plans like that can work I did the Atkins diet once and felt great on it and I have done other modified high protein low carb diets with healthy low fat protein. But i am just not feeling it right for me at this time and will defiantly keep it as an option in the future if i thought I could eat more meat or decide to eat more meat at some point.
