This has really been a hard and trying week. My back pain has really been bad this week, the worst that it has been in a while.I finally had 2 days off from work, the first 2 days in around 4wks and the time I had off I was on a heating pad most of the time. I am really trying not to get discouraged over this and do what I can to reach the goals I have set, but it is really hard to do while you are in pain. I am determined not to start any emotional eating and sticking to my plan. I am going to try and find some exercises that I will be able to do and hopefully things will soon get better.I am not the kind of person who gives I will go.

  Thanks ladies for all your support. it is very encouraging to have an input from the members. It may take me a little longer to reach my goals, but I know that I can do it.

    Definitely go easy on yourself! I'm so sorry you're in so much pain! I'm so glad that even in your discouragement, you are set and determined to not give up! That's a rare quality these days! One of which I greatly admire! I pray for a speedy recovery for you! Please, take care!
