November 6th is when my "rebirth" started. Wednesday was 4 months into the journey... There's been ups and downs during the 4 months but it's been an awesome ride!
Let's look at the numbers since November 6th...
Staying within calorie limits = 149 days
Drinking 8 glasses of water = 21 weeks
Exercise 90 minutes per week or more = 21 weeks
Pounds lost = 30
But if I look at how much weight I have lost since my high of 264 pounds, I am down 50 pounds since 2010. Here's what 50 pounds looks like over the years...

It is starting to become noticeable! This makes it worth the wait! It's a nice pace, not too crazy. And as they say, slow and steady wins the race!
The key message to reaching any goal is CONSISTENCY, CONSISTENCY, CONSISTENCY!!!
I am happy with the routine I have developed with both my nutrition and exercise. It takes daily proactive planning, active engagement in my nutrition and exercise. It is hard work!! But after 4 months, the healthy habits are setting in... do I have slip ups? I SURE DO!
The big difference when slipping up now is that I put it behind me and start fresh! One slip does not derail me!
I am looking forward to the next 50 pounds!!
