I did not have a smooth re-entry from vacation, and DP and I will probably not go back to the edge of the world again.
I removed my major obligation, at great cost, and I am not going to waste the chance to invest the reclaimed time by improving my lifestyle. Last week was an impossibility; I did no exercise, barely slept, and my eating was all over the map. But now I want to go back to my health-focused way of life.
I have to be my own advocate at home.
