I have plans for today. I need to get a pedicure, buy veggies and get in some type of fitness time. I realize that the fitness statement is really vague and that's part of my problem. I will make exercise my motivation goal for this week. I'll plan that and post it on the WOC chat thread.

Yesterday the group of us that involved in yoga talked about the proposed instructor. There was consensus that we were not pleased. One member has decided to attend a class elsewhere. If the numbers continue to dwindle we won't be able to have yoga at the workplace. One of my friends is telling me to come back to Zumba and just modify my movements. I loved Zumba but it didn't love me.

I may get a dog sooner than I thought. A former student's aunt passed away and left two Maltese puppies. My student and his wife have two dogs and a cat and have just had a baby. They are looking to place the Maltese dogs with friends. The dogs are pee pad and outdoor trained. If they can be separated, I will take one. Don't know if I'm ready to own multiple dogs.

I feel like I am rambling so I'm going to wrap this up and get up and start my day. I think that I am in a state of avoidance--I was supposed to work on my taxes this morning. Notice how that slipped my mind and missed my list, LOL.

state of avoidance....that's a great phrase. I definitely feel like that sometimes.

I hope you figure out your fitness situation. It's so tough for me to accomplish anything fitness-wise without a set plan.....I'm too flaky!

    Hugs, Cassie!

Sometimes it's easy for me to sit here and Spark instead of working my list...I need to get busy too. I got a few things done and sat down to "take a break". Thanks for reminding me to GOMA. emoticon

    Have a great Saturday!
