New Health Goal

Sparkcoach blog assignment is to blog about new health goal. Today it's to do my dance video as soon as I finish this.
The reason I began to get healthy and fit 2-7-12 is because my son is rather large and I know that since I'm the one that brings food into the house, I had to start cutting down on the junk food to help him. Since then I've lost 66 pounds and he's gained 20. Guess it's not working. Right now he's in track and in gym class has weight training so I'm hopeful he'll start to get in shape. I think his confidence is increasing because he just got his drivers license and I actually let him use the car, twice, to drive to track practice.
So you see I have great motivation to exercise and eat right, my son. emoticon
