My neighbor is a lovely cook. And she loves to cook for us. This poses a challenge for me. I don't want to be rude about not eating something she makes but I have to stick to my eating plan. I think it's going to be a bit of a shock to her that my portions are smaller and that I'm not eating certain things. It's particularly hard because she is Korean and there is a bit of a food culture difference. She'll appreciate that I will be eating lots of veggies but it's the main courses that are in heavy sauces and usually involving white rice or some form of rice cake that is going to be an issue.
I'm determined to stay strong and will tout my 10 lb loss as my banner of justification.
On a side note. I did the 20-min Turbo Jam today and I felt like I was having a hard start and not working hard but the next thing I know the workout is over and I'm thinking "What just happened here? I'm done already?" FITNESS SCORE!
