Living under incredible stress, home and work issues. Work leaves no time for exercise, only for eating way too much or not eating at all. And to think I climbed Mount Kilimanjaro in 1996 and ran the Marine Corps Marathon in 2010. If I can do that, I certainly can do this.I have really let myself go without a goal to work for. I've always needed a have a goal, not just to lose weight, but something I want to accomplish. I need to accept that even without a specific goal to accomplish, being fit and in shape is a goal in itself.
