This weekend ends Spring Break for us. Today we plan to do one final day trip before settling back into our normal routine. It is so easy for me to "slide" on healthy habits when traveling. This time I'm planning ahead. These are my goals:
Get 60 minutes cardio and 10 minutes of stretching in BEFORE the trip.
Fill water bottle and take gallon jug of water for refills.
Cut up raw veggies and fruit to snack on in place of gas station junk.
Pack nutritious lunch.
Enjoy a healthy supper out, being mindful of portion control.
All Goals Met!
