***** 3 gratitudes **********
I am thankful that Lavinia is home.

I am thankful that I reached the person I will be staying with the next 6 weeks.

I am thankful that my course work is nearly over.

***** Journaling **********
We were driving home from Truro. Lavinia is lactose intolerant and we limit her dairy even though she loves it. We stopped at Wendy`s and she got a Frosty shake. She has never been properly diagnosed but last year I found that she would stop complaining of stomach aches when she did not have dairy. Sometimes she lets out the rankest farts though too. We were driving home and suddenly she rolls down the window. Then the ungodliest smell was in the air and she said, `` I rolled down the window because I was a little hot.`` We laughed at that one for a while. I told her she can`t get away with trying to be discreet like that as long as she keeps having dairy. She is a jokester and said it purposefully to be funny. What a fun girl she is.

***** Exercise **********
Still did not do. I know I am consumed with this project and can`t wait to pass it in but I still should have done at least 10 mins of exercise.

***** Meditation **********
Breathing exercise

***** RAK **********
I reconnected with a friend from high school and let him know how much he means to me.

You know you’re 80’s old school when you actually thought Dirty Dancing was a REALLY good movie. – I still do. I guess I also should mention that I haven’t watched the movie in about 20 years so that opinion is subject to change.

There are OTC meds that help with lactose intolerance. Try to take an exercise break today--perhaps you and Lavinia can put on some upbeat music and have a mini dance-a-thon! Have a great day! emoticon
