My main excercise has been fast walking/jogging for 90 minutes along the trans canada trail, three to four times per week, depending on my days off from work. Same thing has resulted in the dreaded PLATEAU. Starting to hate that work, no I do hate it....lol, anyways, I have added an extra workout in the evenings, lifting weights, 30 min cardio, and finish off with 50 sit-ups, using an ab roller. I have the option doing leg raises on my home gym also, but getting used to doing them takes time. This little change is working slowly, building muscle. Staying away from the scale for awhile too, and weigh in now and then.
