I'm reporting in since I made a couple of slight changes to my daily routine. The scales say I lost a kilo this week. I always check my scales for a few days running to make sure it really is a loss, since my weight loss is so slow (3kgs in 3 months). Maybe drinking the right amount of water and adding a bit of protein to my breakfast is working? I'll keep it up and see how this month goes.
