I'm reporting in since I made a couple of slight changes to my daily routine. The scales say I lost a kilo this week. I always check my scales for a few days running to make sure it really is a loss, since my weight loss is so slow (3kgs in 3 months). Maybe drinking the right amount of water and adding a bit of protein to my breakfast is working? I'll keep it up and see how this month goes.

When I am not losing, I also drink more water but the big change I make is more protein and the weight comes off much easier. I also eat a big breakfast. Sounds like you are doing everything right and its reflecting on the scale. And do you feel better and more energetic? That is also very important to me. I had to smile when I read how often you go on the scale. Oh boy, can I relate. I do the same thing, because you just never know... emoticon

  Yes water water and more water. It flushes out the sodium and keeps you hydrated. Protein is excellent and always eat it with a carb to get the full affect.
