I hate math, sometimes 2+2=4 but not always (throw some letters in there and see what happens!).
There are different kinds of math I have come to learn.
Chicken math is well known in the "backyard chicken" set. You start with 2 or 3 birds and like tater chips (you can't have just one) you end up with 5, 10.....40. HA!
The math that I am focusing on right now though is weight loss math.
3500 calories = 1pound
So the formula I am trying to learn is...
8glasses of water + 5a day freggies + 20minutes of cardio + 8hours of sleep = -2 pounds a week...
Sometimes it works out but sometimes we add a few extra variables to the equation (20 oreos, 1 pizza, 2 pops) and that messes with the answer.
Where else can( 8+5+20+8=-2)?
This is why I hate math...
