Purrrfect snack for an Atkins fan.

Tonight I had the perfect snack for someone really watching their carbs. Started with a quarter pound of 80% lean ground beef (this is a little richer than the leaner versions). Grilled it on the stove, melting 2 ozs sharp cheddar cheese on top till it was nice and gooey. Placed the burger on a leaf of leaf lettuce, topped it with on the vine tomato slices, lite mayo and Grey Poupon mustard. Placed another leaf of lettuce on top. It was on a plate with 3 thin pickled asparagus spears (1 gram carbs). Grabbed three paper napkins. Picked it up with two hands and indulged, munching on asparagus between bites. It was both gorgeous looking and delicious. Three napkins worked, but had to wash my hands when done, proving you can enjoy your food and lose weight at the same time. Glenn
