So in other words ... my 250-ish calories burned per workout ain't gonna cut it. Plus, since I'm not tracking my specific intake, I have no idea about the progress I'm making. However, it does somehow inspire me to want to push myself just a little harder next time I get to the gym...
PS: I haven't been to the gym in several days due to a horrid cold. I'm hoping I can start back again - slowly - tomorrow.
