So in other words ... my 250-ish calories burned per workout ain't gonna cut it. Plus, since I'm not tracking my specific intake, I have no idea about the progress I'm making. However, it does somehow inspire me to want to push myself just a little harder next time I get to the gym...

PS: I haven't been to the gym in several days due to a horrid cold. I'm hoping I can start back again - slowly - tomorrow.

    It's great that you're motivated to push yourself harder, even while suffering a cold. Real progress is always slow, especially with losing pounds...all those tiny baby steps just keep adding up til you get to your desired goal!!!

when you go back to the gym, don't try to pick up where you left off. Ease back into it, listen to your body.
