    Ok. So...I remember you telling me that you were back on spark but missed the part about you vlogging. Woohoo. But guess what? These video files cannot be viewed on my iDevices. Shucks.

    good luck- it's not for me, but you have the mind set to follow through with the plan. After watching I looked up sparkpeople's take on the shakes plan and see its a substitute for meal & or short term. When I was very young in my twenties I tried similar (for the times) plan and ended up ravenous & terribly disappointed by the instant water weight distortion. I'll keep viewing your progress.

( how did I do back then?:
I lasted a week, my friend lasted three days & both of us gained about 2 pounds within a week afterwards ... and each forever swearing off liquid diets and all the cussing it caused) LoL

    Hey, I have teddy bear jammies too! Cheetos are so crunchy and salty. I was told a while ago that anything orange has MSG in it. You may get puffy. Drink lots of water to flush it out. How's your water intake? Can you drink as much as you want on the Almeased Diet?

    No more CHEATo's . Best of luck with that Almeased. I bought some but I didnt follow the diet. I do have it once in a while. What part of Calif do you live in. And what is Eugene exercise.?
